Pakistan Fashion Week ends in Lahore

LAHORE: Models walking on the ramp during 2nd day of PFDC Fashion Week 2017 on late last night.

LAHORE: Pakistan Fashion Week ended at expo center Johar town here on Saturday.

Leading dress designers including Ali Zeeshan and Adnan Perdasi were prominent among other designers who presented their work on the last day of the event visited by renowned models and youngsters. The visitors appreciated arrangements and facilities at the Fashion Week.

Talking to APP, a dress design lover Miss Samra said, “new dress designs presented at the ramp here are really world class.” She said such events were very important to promote Pakistan’s fashion industry.

Another visitor Shazly Khan said Pakistan was one of the world’s leading country producing textile products. “Textile industry and fashion industry have very close linkage and such events can be helpful in promotion of the country’s textile sector as well,” she added.

Shazly Khan suggested that at least two to three such events should be organized in Pakistan every month.

Other visitors of the event also praised lighting arrangements, sound systems and other production work for the Fashion Show.

Some new designers were also given an opportunity to present their work at the event. – APP
