A multi-storey building is made from nowhere on a vacant plot with connivance of the SBCA, he remarked.
Karachi’s commissioner told the court that the building is not made on nullah according to the SBCA.
The CJP reprimanded the commissioner over misrepresentation of facts. Leave aside the SBCA, you are answerable as direct orders were given to you, Justice Gulzar Ahmed remarked.
