ISLAMABAD (Web Desk): Prime Minister Imran Khan on Thursday said that former prime minister and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif criticized the army and Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) and what could be more treacherous than asking the army for rebellion.
In an interview with a private TV channel on Thursday, he said that this is not an ideological war but to protect the looted money.
The prime minister said that they attack institutions by sitting in apartments bought with the money stolen from the people of Pakistan, adding, “I will never give them National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO) at any cost even if I lose premiership.”
Imran Khan said opposition tried to blackmail government in the pretext of FATF laws, adding that purpose of opposition parties is just to protect looted money.
He reiterated government s firm resolve to continue accountability process in the country.
The prime minister said that the previous governments destroyed the national institutions and large public sector organizations are under heavy debts.
